چکیده
The objective of the research is to analyze relationship Motivation as a soft skill that drives Customer Service in car dealerships, specifically sales area employees. survey was applied sample 81 managers from automotive agencies Monterrey metropolitan area. proposed model linear regression. surveys were processed with SPSS Statistics. hypothesis confirmed, about positive and significant predictor variable dependent variable, employees automobile agencies. It suggested build complementary profile necessary skills collaborators dealerships other sectors.
